This is Brocoli field of BSMRAU .This field conducted an experiment whice is done by a student.The name of the student is Sharmin Akter. The experiment is about "Effect of planting density on Yield and quality of different Brocoli genotypeThis food is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a
good source of Protein, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Thiamin,
Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and
Selenium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C,
Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.s".
This is potato field ,there also an experiment was
done whice is done by Tuhina Hasan. The experiment is about "Yield and process of process oriented Potato variety". Potato is very common vegetables in our country. we use potato for different purposes.Potato contain various minerals and also contain high amount of carbohydred.This is very useful and nutrient contain vegetable. The potato is not an especially rich source of energy but it contains substantial amounts of high quality protein and essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements. The nutritional value varies widely depending on variety, cultivation practice, environmental conditions.For this reason potato should be select research and extension project that promise high returns to investment through increased production or reduced post harvest losses.
This is Strawberry field where experiment was done by Sushan,the student of BSMRAU.
THE strawberry is very delicate fruit. Food scientists recently took a
close look at storage time, storage temperature, storage humidity, and
degree of strawberry ripeness and found significant differences between
different types of strawberry storage. On average, studies show 2 days
as the maximal time for strawberry storage without major loss of vitamin
C and polyphenol antioxidants. It's not that strawberries become
dangerous to eat or invaluable after 2 days.There are many variety of potato. These are Cardinal, Diamond, Heera, Binella etc.
The field is about black cumin,whice is very important condiment in our country.The experiment is about"Effect of cultivar and sowing date on growth and yield of Black cumin". Frome this experiment we obtain information how sowing date and cultivar influence the growth and yield of Black cumin.If we use good cultivar and sowing in proper time then we got better yield.It is used for various purposes such as soups, curry powder as well as flavoring the liquors and cordials.
This is lettuce field.the experiment was done by different variety .From this experiment we gather knowlege how different variety resists against different environmental condition.It is used in very rich food to decorate.Lettuce is a temperate annual or biennial plant of the asteror sunflowers family asteraceae. It is most grown as a leaf vegetables.The words lettuce and salads are practically interchangeable since most salads are made predominantly with the green cripsy leaves of lettuce.
Squash is one kind of vegetables. There are two type of Squash is found in Bangladesh.

It grows on bush-type plants that do not spread like the plants of fall and winter squash and pumpkin.
